1. Raw Material Traceability: Core components are sourced from internationally renowned brands. Each batch must provide a certificate of conformity and a traceability code, and undergo three rounds of performance tests before being warehoused.
2. R&D Verification: Before new products are launched, they undergo over 20 rigorous tests including 1,000+ hours of continuous operation, extreme temperature simulation from -40°C to 85°C, and electromagnetic interference tests.
3. Production Control: We adopt automated production lines and MES systems, with real-time monitoring of key processes. Each product has a unique serial number for traceability, achieving "one machine, one file".
4. Calibration and Testing: Before leaving the factory, each product is calibrated in multiple dimensions by a CNAS-recognized laboratory, with error values strictly controlled within one-third of the industry standard, and a calibration certificate is provided.
5. Sampling Re-inspection: After finished products are warehoused, 10% are randomly selected for re-inspection, focusing on checking the stability of accuracy and appearance craftsmanship. Non-conforming products are directly returned for rectification.
6. After-sales Tracking: We offer a one-year warranty and lifetime calibration service after product delivery, and establish a customer usage feedback database to continuously optimize product quality.
