Corrosion Resistant And High-Temperature Resistant Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeter is a specially designed instrument for measuring the flow of conductive liquids at high temperatures. Ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters are usually suitable for media not exceeding 80-120℃, while the high-temperature type can stably measure fluids at temperatures above 120℃, and even up to 400℃ or higher.

Measuring Characteristics

  • Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, it can measure the volume flow of conductive liquids (such as mud, acid and alkali solutions, etc.), and supports high-temperature conditions (up to 500℃) and low-temperature conditions (down to -200℃).

Structural Characteristics

  • High pressure resistance: Some models can withstand up to 42 MPa of pressure.

  • No flow obstructions: There are no moving parts inside the measuring tube, resulting in minimal pressure loss.
