- Bimetallic temperature sensing element: Commonly made of nickel-chromium alloy + iron-nickel alloy combination, with a temperature range of -50 to 800℃, determining the basic temperature measurement accuracy and stability.
- Signal processing module: Integrated with amplification, filtering, and AD conversion circuits to ensure signal stability, with a display resolution of up to 0.1℃.
- Digital display screen: LCD screen (low power consumption, suitable for battery power supply) or LED screen (high brightness, suitable for strong light environments), with a dial diameter of φ60 to φ150mm.
- Power supply unit: Divided into built-in battery (lithium battery / dry battery, with a battery life of 1 to 5 years) and external power supply (DC 24V / AC 220V) two types.
- Protective casing: Materials can be selected from carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, and Hastelloy, with a wall thickness of 3 to 5mm, a pressure resistance of ≤25MPa, and a protection level of IP65 to IP67.
