All Stainless Steel Pressure-Type Thermometer For High-Temperature Boiler Pipeline
The all-stainless steel pressure type thermometer is an anti-corrosion upgraded version of the ordinary pressure type thermometer. All metal parts that come into contact with the measured environment or are exposed are made of stainless steel.
- All-stainless steel construction: The bulb, capillary tube, and case are all made of stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance and suitability for neutral corrosive liquid and gas media.
- Shock-resistant design: Some models are filled with silicone oil inside, enabling them to withstand vibration environments and ensuring stable pointer indication.
- Intuitive reading: The on-site dial directly indicates temperature without the need for external power supply, ensuring intrinsic safety.
- Remote transmission function: It can output 4-20mA, 0-10mA or contact signals, facilitating remote monitoring and automatic control.
- Diverse structures: Available in axial, radial, and universal types, among others, to meet various on-site requirements.
- Measurement Range: Gas medium -50℃ to 550℃, liquid medium -20℃ to 350℃, steam medium 0℃ to 250℃. All stainless steel structure enhances high-temperature stability.

- Corrosion Resistance and Pressure Resistance: 304 stainless steel resists fresh water and light oil stains; 316L resists acids, alkalis, salt spray, and oil gas; Hastelloy resists strong corrosion (such as hydrogen sulfide, dilute nitric acid); conventional pressure resistance ≤2.5MPa, thick-walled type can reach 4.0MPa.
- Response Time: τ0.9 ≤ 30s (close range) to 100s (50m armored capillary), liquid medium type responds faster than gas type.
- Environmental Adaptability: Operating environment temperature -20℃ to 70℃, relative humidity ≤95%, salt spray resistance ≥96 hours (conforms to GB/T 10125), vibration resistance ≤3g.
