Precision Insertion Type Pressure Transmitter For Measurement Position
An insertion type pressure transmitter refers to a pressure transmitter whose pressure sensing element (diaphragm) extends a certain distance into a pipe, container or equipment through an extended neck or probe from the installation interface (usually a flange).
Scenario: Oil and chemical raw material storage tanks.
Application: Install an insertable flange pressure transmitter on the lower side wall of the tank. The diaphragm extends into the tank to a certain depth to measure the static pressure at that point. The liquid level is accurately calculated using P = ρgh. This method is superior to the pressure tapping from the tank bottom.
Scenario: Hot oil systems, high-temperature reactors, steam pipelines.
Application: Use an insertable transmitter with a heat dissipation extension neck to ensure that the diaphragm comes into contact with the high-temperature medium while keeping the transmitter body temperature within the allowable range (e.g., 85°C).
