Rubber-lined electromagnetic flowmeter refers to an electromagnetic flowmeter with the inner wall of the measuring tube lined with rubber material as insulation and anti-corrosion lining.
- Exceptional cost-effectiveness: The combination of carbon steel measuring tubes and rubber linings achieves corrosion resistance comparable to that of all-stainless steel instruments at a significantly lower cost.
- Excellent wear resistance (especially with polyurethane): For media containing particles, rubber linings are an economical and effective solution.
- Good elasticity and sealing performance: Good installation adaptability and compensation for minor misalignment of pipelines.
- Smooth inner surface, anti-adhesion: Resistant to fouling, beneficial for slurry measurement.
- Municipal and industrial water treatment (the largest market): Raw water intake, tap water transportation, industrial circulating cooling water: Chloroprene rubber lining is commonly used, which is economical and durable.
- Untreated sewage and rainwater: Chloroprene rubber or polyurethane lining is adopted, which is resistant to wear and corrosion.
- Mining, metallurgy and power: Slurry, coal slurry, mud, flue gas desulfurization slurry, hydraulic ash transportation: Polyurethane rubber lining is preferred due to its excellent wear resistance, and its service life is much longer than that of other linings.
