Universal Gauge Pressure Transmitter 4-20mA For Measuring Oil / Water / Gas

The general purpose gauge pressure transmitter is one of the most commonly used pressure measurement instruments in industrial automation. It is used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids relative to atmospheric pressure (i.e., gauge pressure) and convert the pressure signal into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-5V, etc.) for output. This facilitates connection with secondary instruments, PLCs, or DCS systems to achieve pressure monitoring, control, and data recording.

• Wide range of applicable media: It can measure oil, water, gas and other media compatible with 316/304 stainless steel. Some models support anti-corrosion materials such as Hastelloy and tantalum.
• High precision and stability: The accuracy is usually 0.1% to 0.5% FS, with good long-term stability, vibration resistance and shock resistance, suitable for industrial environments.

3. Accuracy Grade: For general industrial use, select 0.5% FS; for precise measurement, choose 0.1% FS or higher.
4. Environmental Conditions: For high/low temperature environments, pay attention to the temperature range (e.g., -40 to 85°C); in explosion-proof environments, select certified models.
5. Output Signal: For long-distance transmission, choose 4-20mA; for short distances or digital communication, select HART/RS485.
