The on-site display isolated temperature transmitter can achieve measurement, display and transmission under isolation protection. The on-site display isolated temperature transmitter is an instrument integrating four major functions: temperature sensing, electrical isolation, signal transmission and on-site display.
Problem: When the ground potentials of multiple devices in a system are different, a "ground loop" is formed, generating a circulating current (noise current) that superimposes on the signal, causing the measured value to fluctuate and be inaccurate.
Solution: The isolator cuts off the ground loop, ensuring a "clean" signal.
Problem: Field sensors may introduce high voltage surges due to lightning strikes, static electricity, power failures, or incorrect wiring. Without isolation, the high voltage can travel along the signal line into the control system (DCS/PLC cards), causing catastrophic damage.
Solution: The isolator provides an isolation voltage of up to 1500V AC or higher, blocking dangerous voltages on the safe side and protecting the equipment on the control system side.
Problem: Two-wire transmitters require power supply; different signal types (such as thermocouples, thermal resistors, voltages) need to be compatible.
