An integrated electromagnetic flowmeter refers to an electromagnetic flowmeter in which the sensor (measuring tube part) and the converter (signal processing and display part) are mechanically and electrically integrated into an inseparable whole.
Extremely simple installation: Save a lot of installation time and costs. Just install the flowmeter onto the pipeline like a valve, connect the power supply and output lines, and there is no need to lay, connect, and protect the dedicated signal cable between the sensor and the converter.
High reliability and maintenance-free: Eliminate the weakest link of the split type - the intermediate connection cable and connector. This cable is prone to moisture, corrosion, pulling damage, and electromagnetic interference, and is a high-failure point. The integrated design fundamentally eliminates such faults, significantly improving reliability.
Convenient on-site operation and monitoring: Operators and inspectors can directly view flow data, set parameters, and diagnose faults at the installation point without having to travel to the control room or the installation location of the split converter, resulting in a fast response speed.
